A chocolate shell the spoon has to break through before it reaches the ice cream underneath an interactive moment
built into every cup. More crafted, more layered, made for slowing down.
Every flavour begins with a question: what’s the best version of this ingredient we can find? Fruit is chosen at its ripest. Chocolate is sourced for how it cracks, not just how it looks. Saffron, pistachio, rose, fig every ingredient is chosen for what it adds to the bite, not because it was the easiest option.
We don’t add fillers to bulk up a tub, and we don’t cut corners to bring costs down. If an ingredient can’t earn its place, it doesn’t go in. That’s not a marketing line it’s the standard every flavour is tested against before it ever reaches production.

Good ingredients still need to be handled the right way. Our ice creams are churned to hold texture, not just volume. Our kulfis are reduced slowly, the traditional way, because rushing the process changes the result.
Every batch moves through quality checks from raw ingredient to finished product before it’s cleared to reach a store shelf. It’s slower. It’s more work. It’s also the only way we know how to make ice cream we’d be proud to serve at our own table.
